Dr. Tamica M. Williams is the creative force and strategic mind behind Corparent. A seasoned CFO, CPA, and parenting veteran, Tamica spent over two decades leading financial teams and building corporate strategy, while also managing the full-time, unpaid executive role of “Mom.”

Now, as Chief Corparent Strategist, she brings those worlds together. Tamica created Corparent to reframe parenting through the lens of leadership, empowering caregivers to approach family life with the same tools, systems, and intentionality used in boardrooms and business plans. From strategic planning in the nursery to performance reviews at the dinner table, she’s redefining what it means to “balance it all” while helping others lead at home with confidence, humor, and purpose.
